French Baguette Class (Beginner-Intermediate Level)

Learn how to make French baguettes fully by hand! In this class you will learn the basics of bread making (mixing, proofing, shaping/baking), mix, shape, and bake the baguettes. You will leave with baguettes in dough form to bake the following morning and baked versions to eat the same night!

You will also receive a packet with a recipe and information so that you can continue your practice at home, as well as a razor for scoring at home!



**CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please note that minimum ticket purchases need to be met in order for class to take place. If not, class will be canceled or rescheduled. You will be notified and receive a 100% refund if you do not wish to transfer to the rescheduled date.

If you have to miss your class, please email contact@littleloafbakeryilm.com. Ticket purchases will be fully refunded for any cancellation notice that is received 2 weeks (or more) prior to the date of class. Any cancellations after that are non-refundable and non transferable unless we are able to resell your ticket. Since most our classes sell out, we will work towards filling your spot with someone on our waitlist in order to issue a refund. Please note, cancellations that come through on the day of class are not refundable or transferable as it does not leave us time to fill your spot and all class prep is done the day prior to class date.
