You will leave with…
a packet of information (including a list of common mistakes of bread making and how to solve them)
two baked loaves (although one may be partially eaten!) and one unbaked dough for you to bake at home
the knowledge and skills to make a beautiful load of sourdough!
a couche, bench scraper, and lame to use for future loaves!
