In order to attend this class, you must have taken our sourdough basics beginners course and our sourdough part 2 course! More information is provided below.


We will cover…

  • Sourdough pizza crust - we’ll make and eat pizza!

  • Using discard to make something sweet - we’ll make a sweet treat and discuss the many options that sourdough discard offers

  • Exploring other flours and ancient grains

  • Make a cool design/art on a loaf (use rice flour for design)
    talk about adding color

  • Talk about fermentation schedules and how to schedule bread throughout week

  • Math for starter to avoid discard

You will leave with…

  • Two different doughs (unbaked)

  • Two different loaves (baked), ready to eat or share!

  • Recipes and information!


This class is not purchasable through our online website, like other classes. You MUST have taken the first sourdough basics beginner’s course we offer in order to take this course! Please reach out to the email above with any additional questions!


**CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please note that minimum ticket purchases need to be met in order for class to take place. If not, class will be canceled or rescheduled. You will be notified and receive a 100% refund if you do not wish to transfer to the rescheduled date.

If you have to miss your class, please email contact@littleloafbakeryilm.com. Ticket purchases will be fully refunded for any cancellation notice that is received 2 weeks (or more) prior to the date of class. Any cancellations after that are non-refundable and non transferable unless we are able to resell your ticket. Since most our classes sell out, we will work towards filling your spot with someone on our waitlist in order to issue a refund. Please note, cancellations that come through on the day of class are not refundable or transferable as it does not leave us time to fill your spot and all class prep is done the day prior to class date.
